Tim McCarthy has more than 20 years experience in the Real Estate and Construction industries. After moving to Steamboat from Chicago in 2001, Tim began his career in the local real estate market. His expertise in construction coupled with his understanding of the local market conditions, give Tim a unique set of competencies to offer to his clients. Tim currently serves as a Director on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.
